No. Barbeques are not allowed on balconies. However, there may be residents who reside in “grandfathered” units of the building where barbeques are balconies are permitted. Please ask the building managers for details.

No. We require all rental payments to be paid by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). For more information, please ask the building managers.
No. We do not permit renting suites through vacation-rental websites such as Airbnb.
